• Invoices will be sent upon successful application. 
• Boneo Park Equestrian Centre have a fee per Trade Stand which is non-negotiable for traders. 
• Marquees are not compulsory 
• All Marquee Packages, Marquee (from Peninsula Pary Hire) VYDC fee and Boneo Park fee. 
• Delivery Thursday 11th January – bump in at 11am 
• End of event Sunday 14th January – bump out at 4pm 
• First in best dressed.
